OPCMR EXERCISE OF RENEWAL OPTION GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES VIRGIN ISLANDS DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY & PROCUREMENT CONTRACT NO.: P015DOET19 DATED: June 6, 2018 EXERCISE OF RENEWAL OPTION NO. 4 Contractor Description of Scope of Work/Services OTIS EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS, INC. d/b/a/ OTIS EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS The Contractor shall provide specific iMart technology software solutions to continue to operate, update, and host the State Longitudinal Data System (“SLDS”), referred to as the Virgin Islands Virtual Information System (“VIVIS”) and to supply technical assistance services. Pursuant to the renewal option provision of Contract No. P015DOET19 and subject to the appropriation and allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Education exercises its final option to renew and does hereby renew the aforementioned contract for the period June 6, 2022, to June 5, 2023, at the stipulated cost of Three Hundred Sixty-One Thousand, Four Hundred Forty Dollars and Zero Cents ($361,440.00). …
