ACT NO, 7716 BILL NO. 30-0538 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act ratifying Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-09-11(L&W) issued to Tropical Marine, Inc. —0— WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-09-11(L&W) to the Tropical Marine, Inc., on October 15, 2014 and the Governor approved the Permit on October 24, 2014; and WHEREAS, Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-09-11(L&W) allows for the use and occupancy of the existing structures on submerged lands and marina and to replace expired CZM Permit CTZ-1-90W, which allows the following: a. The use and occupancy of the existing marine facilities including a dock which measures one hundred twenty-five feet (12’) with a one hundred and one-foot (101) lone “T” section, twenty-foot (20) “L” section along the eastern side of the “T” section’ a small dock 50” long by 6’ wide adjacent to forklift pad; 26 mooring piles’ fuel pumps and a boardwalk 68°x 6’ wide.
