The suspect was followed and observed entering the Champs Sports store where he was found by police officers and apprehended with no incident. The suspect was found in possession of stolen goods and a pellet handgun. Mr. Kevik E. David, age 37, was booked and unable to post bail which was set at $75,000.00. He was charged with Robbery in the First Degree. …

David was transported to the John Bell Adult Correctional Facility, where he was remanded pending his Advice of Rights Hearing on Wednesday October 12, 2023, at the Superior Court. ###
