ACT NO.8897 BILL NO. 35-0349 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act providing an appropriation from the St. Thomas Capital Improvement Fund to the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works for road repair and maintenance projects in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $2,170,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, from the St. Thomas Capital Improvement Fund to the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works for the following road repair and maintenance projects: 3038/3039 ST.
