ACTNO, 6667 BILL NO. 25-0191 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-8 for Plot No. 250A Estate Peter’s Rest, Queen’s Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential- Medium Density) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-8 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 250A Estate Peter’s Rest, Queen’s Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.746 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawings No. 5528, dated February 27, 2004 from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential- Medium Density).
