ACT NO. 4 4 9 4 BILL NO. 29-0405 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act appropriating $3,500,000 from the interest earned on debt service reserves as a contribution to the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $3,500,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, from the interest earned on debt service reserves, as a contribution to the General Fund. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 18, 2012.
