Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much it as may be necessary, is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011 from the Antilitter and Beautification Fund to the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority, as follows: FISCAL YEAR 2011 2043 ANTI-LITTER AND BEAUTIFICATION 620 VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY TOTAL VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY $3,814,805.00 TOTAL ANTI-LITTER AND BEAUTIFICATION $3,814,805.00 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 21, 2010. …
