ACTNO. 8405 BILL NO. 33-0414 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act rezoning Plot No. 2 (Consolidated) Estate Coakley Bay East End Quarter “B”, St. Croix from R-2 (Residential- Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) | Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, subchapter I, section 238, the Official Zoning Map SCZ-8 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 2 (Consolidated) Estate Coakley Bay East End Quarter “B”, consisting of 8.00 U.S. acres, more or less, as more shown on O.L.G. Drawing No. D9-6236-C011 dated May 19, 2011, from R-2 (Residential- Low Density- One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to allow for condominium development and accessory business uses.
