U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS - The Virgin Islands Department of Human Services (VIDHS), Division of Family Assistance (DFA) is advising the community that the SNAP Certiϐication units in the St. Thomas and St. Croix districts will have a half-day closure on Friday, June 28, 2024, from 8:00am to 12:00pm to allow staff the opportunity to attend an end of month meeting. The units will resume operations to the public at 1:00pm. Additionally, the MAP Certiϐication unit in the St. Thomas district have scheduled their monthly meeting from 8:00am to 12:00pm, reopening to the public at 1:00pm. The MAP Certiϐication unit in the St. Croix district will remain operational during those hours. …

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS - The Virgin Islands Department of Human Services (VIDHS), Division of Family Assistance (DFA) is advising the community that the SNAP Certiϐication units in the St. Thomas and St. Croix districts will have a half-day closure on Friday, June 28, 2024, from 8:00am to 12:00pm to allow staff the opportunity to attend an end of month meeting. In an effort to better serve our clients’ needs and ensure that the USVI adheres to the federal guidelines, as set forth by the program requirements, the entire certiϐication units will be attending a mandatory month end meeting. The VI Department of Human Services apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this early closure.
