PCTNO. 8242 BILL NO. 33-0184 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGLN ISLANDS Regular Session 2019 An Act appropriating money for salaries and expenses of the University of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020. and for other purposes ---0--- Be it enacted bt’ the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of S25, 155,458 or as much as may be necessary, is appropriated from any available funds in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands to he transferred to the University of the Virgin Islands Fund for expenditure by the University of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, for the purposes hereinafter named in this section in accordance with the provisions of tttle 17, chapters 33 and 35 of the Virgin Islands Code: (a) For salaries, including pay for regular and temporary employees; salary increases: employers RCA and retirement contributions: overtime compensation of hour) rated employees: hooks. …
