LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS CERTIFICATE OF ENACTMENT NOTWITHSTANDING THE GOVERNOR’S VETO THIS IS TO CERTFY THAT Bill No. 29-0127, An Act repealing Act No. 7169 (Bill No. 28-0084) and re-enacting title 32 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 21, title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, title 32, chapter 13 and title 33, section 3044 with amendments, enacted by the Twenty-Ninth Legislature at its regular session on June 23, 2011, (a copy of which is attached hereto) and vetoed by the Governor on July 12, 2011, was duly enacted, by override, by the Twenty-Ninth Legislature at its regular session on October 27, 2011, pursuant to section 9(d) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 48 U.S.C. §1575 (d), notwithstanding the Governor’s veto and has become law.
