Must be residing in the Election District at least thirty (30) days. REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS (One proof of citizenship): Birth Certificate Passport (United States) Baptismal Certificate Naturalization Certificate Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty (DD214) Note: Must be original documents. Copied documents will not be accepted.
