ACT NO.65 20 BILL NO 24-0244 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend the Official Zoning Map SCZ-12 to rezone Plots 4M and 4Q, Estate Sion Farm, Queens Quarter, St. Croix from R-2 to B-3 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands SECTION 1 Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No.SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot Nos. 4M and 4Q, Estate Sion Farm, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix, from R-2 (Residential - Low Density — One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business — Scattered).
