ACTNO.8 8 4 3 BILL NO. 35-0137 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act granting a use variance for Parcel No. 9-3 Estate Glucksberg, No. 22, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands to allow the applicant to lease individual bedrooms under the category “Lodging/Rooming house” ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance is granted from the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning designation for Parcel No. 9-3 Estate Glucksberg, No. 22, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 1.11 U.S. acres, as described on Drawing No. D9-1234- T75, to allow applicant to lease individual bedrooms under the category “Lodging/Rooming house”. All other requirements of the R-2 (Residential-Low Density- One and Two Family) zoning designation continue to apply to the property.
