COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE/FLOOR BILL NO. 35-0308 Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Islands July 22, 2024 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-7, St. John, Virgin Islands, to rezone Parcel No. 294 Estate Contant and Enighed, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John from R-4 (Residential- Medium Density) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) PROPOSED BY: Senator Novelle E. Francis, Jr., by Request of the Governor Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official 2 Zoning Map No. SJZ-7 for the island of St. John, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the 3 zoning designation of Parcel No. 294 Estate Contant and Enighed, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, 4 Virgin Islands, consisting of 4,820 square feet, as shown on survey drawing D9-2589-T84 5 dated February 7, 1984 from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business- 6 Secondary/Neighborhood). 7 BILL SUMMARY 8 This bill provides for the rezoning of Parcel No. 294 Estate Contant and Enighed, Cruz 9 Bay Quarter, St. John. …
