BILL NO. 24-0267 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To appropriate funds from the Government Insurance Fund for operating expenses of the Department of Finance and the Department of Labor for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2003 ---0)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding any other law, the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Government Insurance Fund for expenses, including wages of salaried employees of the Department of Finance, Office of the Custodian and the Department of Labor, Division of Occupational Safety and Health and the Division of Workers’ Compensation, and shall remain available until expended.
