Confidential Junior Faculty Mentoring Program Confidentiality Agreement As a mentor or mentee participating in the Junior Faculty Mentoring Program (JFMP), sponsored by the Office of the Provost, the undersigned hereby agrees and acknowledges: During the course of my participation in the JFMP, confidential information may be disclosed to me. During my participation in the JFMP, I shall not use, disclose or divulge any information that directly identifies individuals participating in the program or employed at the university. Disclosure of identifying information is a violation of this agreement. In the event of any breach of this agreement, the University of the Virgin Islands has full rights to remove me from participating in the JFMP and may be subject to disciplinary actions. Upon the termination of my participation in the JFMP and/or employment from the University of the Virgin Islands: I shall not use, disclose or divulge to others any confidential information. This agreement shall be binding upon me. …
