ACTNO, 7729 BILL NO. 31-0016 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act amending title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 25, section 633, subsection (b) relating to submission of the agreement to purchase health insurance, requiring a copy to be sent to the Legislature and requiring notice to the Legislature of disapproval of such agreement ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin [stands Code, chapter 25, section 633, subsection (b) is amended in the third sentence after “Governor” by inserting “and the Legislature”, and at the end of the sixth sentence after the second occurrence of “agreement” by inserting “and shall so notify the Legislature”.
