ACT NO, 7174 BILL NO. 28-0227 TWENTY-EIGHT LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act amending Act No. 7064, as amended by Act 7096, increasing the maximum authorized principal amount of borrowing for working capital and the maturity for such working capital borrowing, removing the requirement that the Government borrow from Government funds and accounts prior to borrowing from banks or other financial institutions; amending Act No. 7103 increasing the total annual budget appropriation for the Department of Justice; amending Act No. 7081 relating to appropriations for road repairs; amending Act No. 7150 to extend the effective date of the Probate Code; and making several appropriations | Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1.
