ACT NO. 6827 BILL NO. 26-9219 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act to provide Fiscal Year 2006 supplemental appropriations to the Virgin lslands Vire Service, Department of Justice, Department of Finance, Department of Education, Department of Human Services, Virgin Islands Police Department, Department of Labor, and to provide other appropriations for other miscetlaneous items for ongoing operational and mandated purposes ---{)--- Be it enacted hy the Legistature of the Virgite Islands: SECTION L. The sum of $500,000 is appropriated [rom the General Fund in the fiscal year cnding September 30. 2006, to the Virgin Islands Fire Service for fire service equipment and outstanding night differential compensation. SECTION 2. {a} The sum of $5,938,320 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, to the Department of Justice for outstanding obligations, including $150,000 for the Prison Litigation Fund. …
