ACTNO.8 808 BILL NO. 35-0214 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act granting a zoning use variance for Plot No. 246 Estate Glynn, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, from the A-2 (Agricultural Zone) to allow for the construction and operation of a guesthouse under a grouped development with no prohibition on short-term rental usage ---0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance from the A-2 (Agricultural Zone) zoning designation is granted for Plot No. 246 Estate Glynn, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 2.9301 U.S. acres, as described on Drawing No. D9-6089-CO10, to allow for the construction and operation of a guesthouse under a grouped development with no prohibition on short-term rental usage. All the other requirements of the A-2 (Agricultural Zone) zoning designation continue to apply to the property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 19, 2023. …
