Through the NAIC, state insurance regulators establish standards and best practices, conduct peer review, and coordinate their regulatory oversight. In accordance with the Revised Organic Act, Senate President Neville James will serve as Acting Lieutenant Governor. Lt. Governor Potter will return to the territory on August 19, 2015. # # #
