Yes DPW is currently working on one RFP-002-2017 (P) Amendment Three (3) > p > P PP Will DHS/PWD require a structural assessment for proposal location? No Voytek Pniewski Content of proposal point-7 —Cost proposal- which cost client is looking for Arch/ Eng. Services Indicative construction cost or both? Is there a particular format of the cost proposal required? And how detailed it should be? Both and a detailed cost proposal Are furniture (reception desk) included in the scope? No DHS will provide its own furniture. Could you please list specific building codes design shall comply to? The building codes are numerous and it is standard protocol that all companies that are Involved In the design of structures in the Virgin Islands shall be familiar with the building codes. The A/E Firm shall refer to the National Electrical Code Handbook and the international Residential Code Commonly called the International Code council (ICC). All answers as it pertains To the building code is addressed in these books. All other terms and conditions remain the same. A copy of this amendment must be returned with your bid.
