ACT NO.6 446 BILL NO. 24-0124 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To provide an appropriation for operating expenses of the Department of Public Works from the Sewage System Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the Fiscal Year Octoher 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 ---()--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated from the Sewage System Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Department of Public Works for the Fiscal Year October 1, 2001, through September 30, 2002, and shall remain available until expended. …
