BILL NO. 29-0415 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act appropriating monies for salaries and expenses of the University of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, and for other purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $22,908,637 or as much as may be necessary, is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 20, 2013, from any available funds in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, to the University of the Virgin Islands to be used pursuant to title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapters 33, 35 and 36 for: (1) © salaries, including pay for regular and temporary employees; salary increases; employer's FICA and retirement contributions; overtime compensation of hourly rated employees; books, magazines, teaching materials and audio-visual supplies; equipment and supplies for offices, classrooms, laboratories, library, student and faculty lodgings; recreational and common rooms; vehicles and their maintenance and repair; food and related services for student dormitories; repa …
