Pesticide Business Reporting Each Pesticide Business and Pesticide Agency will file the following annual reports through Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) approved forms no later than February 1st of each year with information for the prior year. o One report shall contain the following information for each pesticide application made by a Commercial Applicator or someone working under their supervision: ▪ the EPA registration number; ▪ the product name; ▪ the quantity of pesticide used; ▪ the date of the application; and ▪ the location of the application by address (including five-digit zip code) o One report for the Pesticide Business or Agency that imports Restricted Use Pesticides (RUP’s) into the Virgin Islands will also file a report containing the following information for each imported restricted use pesticide: ▪ name of the restricted use pesticide; ▪ the EPA registration number; ▪ the container size; ▪ the number of imported containers; and ▪ the distributor from whom the pesticide was purchased. …

Pesticide Business Reporting Each Pesticide Business and Pesticide Agency will file the following annual reports through Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) approved forms no later than February 1st of each year with information for the prior year. o One report shall contain the following information for each pesticide application made by a Commercial Applicator or someone working under their supervision: ▪ the EPA registration number; ▪ the product name; ▪ the quantity of pesticide used; ▪ the date of the application; and ▪ the location of the application by address (including five-digit zip code) o One report for the Pesticide Business or Agency that imports Restricted Use Pesticides (RUP’s) into the Virgin Islands will also file a report containing the following information for each imported restricted use pesticide: ▪ name of the restricted use pesticide; ▪ the EPA registration number; ▪ the container size; ▪ the number of imported containers; and ▪ the distributor from whom the pesticide was purchased. Each Pesticide Business or Agency shall file a quarterly report, due two months after the end of each quarter (March, June, September, December) through DPNR approved forms regarding quantities of both RUPs and general use pesticides (GUPs) used, stocked on hand, held in storage, or purchased during the quarter. o The quarterly report will include the following information: ▪ the name of the RUP and/or GUP; ▪ the EPA registration number; ▪ the date received; ▪ the original quantity received; and ▪ the quantity remaining at the end of the quarter.
