Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-6 and 11 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Remainder of Parcel No. “D” and Parcels No. 31 and No. 32 Estate Ross.
