The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Indirect Cost Fund for operating expenses, to the Office of Management and Budget, the Virgin Islands Division of Personnel, the Virgin Islands Department of Property and Procurement and the Virgin Islands Department of Finance for fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023. …
