ACTNO. 73867 BILL NO. 29-0303 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act transferring ownership of #14 Estate Smith Bay, East End Quarter, St. Thomas Virgin Islands, from the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Magens Bay Authority ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Subject to any restrictive covenants, easements, servitudes or conditions of record, the Governor, on behalf of the Government of the Virgin Islands, shall transfer to the Magens Bay Authority title for the property described as #14 Estate Smith Bay, East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands and commonly referred to as Smith Bay Park and Lindqvist Beach, consisting of 21+ acres. SECTION 2. At any time the Magens Bay Authority is dissolved, the land comprising the Smith Bay Park will automatically revert back to ownership by the Government of the Virgin Islands. SECTION 3. Pursuant to Title 33, Section 128 and 129, all fees to include stamp tax shall be waived. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on May 31, 2012. …
