Roach, Esq. invites members of the public to respond to Certified Reinsurer Application submitted to the Virgin Islands Division of Banking insurance and Financial Regulation (DBIFR). Interested and affected parties will have 30 days from the date notice is posted to submit written comments and responses to the certified reinsurer application listed below. Written comments and responses help the DBIFR gather information and provide certain interested and affected parties with an opportunity to present statements to the Commissioner concerning the reinsurer applying for Certified Reinsurer status.
