BILL NO. 28-0283 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Waste Management Authority from the Sewer Waste Water Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 con (one Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Sewer Waste Water Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2010, through September 30, 2011.
