ACTNO. 8377 BILL NO. 33-0322 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act conditionally rezoning Plot No. 102 and Plot No. 103 Estate Peter’s Rest, Christiansted, St. Croix from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapler 3, subchapter!, section 238, the Official Zoning Map SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designations for Plot No. 102 containing 0.320 U.S. acres, more or less, and Plot No. 103 containing 0.284 US. acres, more or less, as more fully shown on Subdivision Map of Parcel No, 9 of Peter’s Rest dated February 26, 1964 and recorded at page 1522, Book of Land Records in the office of the Public Surveyor in Christiansted St. …
