ACT NO, 7601 BILL NO. 30-0354 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act to rezone Plot Nos. 293-1, 293-2 and 293-3 Estate Barren Spot, St. Croix from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) ~—-0-— Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-13 for the Island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plots Nos. 293-1, 293-2 and 293-3 Estate Barren Spot, King Quarter, St. Croix Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.503 U.S. acres, 10.21 U.S. acres and 7.10 U.S. acres respectively from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on April 24, 2014.
