vnnoos ACINO. 6988 VETO® BILL NO. 27-0104 GOVERNOR TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act amending 2 V.LC. chapter 10, section 27 providing for an adjusted submission date for the annual performance report ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 2 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2, section 27, subsection (a) is amended by striking “December 1” and inserting “October 30”; and after the first occurrence of the phrase “Office of Management and Budget” by inserting “and the Finance Committee of the Legislature”. SECTION 2. (a) Title 2 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2, section 27 subsection (a) is amended in the following instances: qd) In the first sentence, after the word “to” insert “(i)”; and (2) At the end of the first sentence insert “and (i7) to the members of the Legislature on a quarterly basis on or before January 31%, April 30" and July 31* of every calendar year.” (b) Section (a) becomes effective one full quarter after enactment into law.
