Throughout the 1990’s Steve developed protocols and guidelines for scuba diving and diabetes and worked closely with Diver’s Alert Network to develop these guidelines which are used around the world today. Steve also operates the hyperbaric chamber at RLS Hospital in St. Thomas treating divers in need along with appropriate medical ailments in need of hyperbaric Oxygen.
