Richards BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any available Funds in the Taxi License Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2000 to September 30, 2001, to the Virgin Islands Taxicab, Division of aoAQWN = the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs.
