BILL NO. 29-0410 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Waste Management Authority from the Sewer Waste Water Fund during the fiscal year October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013 | Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much of the sum as may be necessary, is appropriated in the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2012 and ending September 30, 2013, from the Sewer Waste Water Fund for operating expenses, including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other related expenses of Waste Management Authority.
