To appropriate the um of 92, 63, 254 from the Genial Fund to WTJX Public Television System’. . | 1 BE IT EN ACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $2, 063 ,254 is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to WTJX Public Television System for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2005. SECTION2., Any item of appropriation conteined in this Act which was expended pursuant fo section 9(e) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 1575(e) shall be reduced by the sum expended for the objects and purposes of the item between October 1, 2004, and the effective date of this Act.
