Deliverable Permits HPs Permits Applications submitted to DPW Thus far 75 19,332 Permits Applications approved by DPW 18 4,000 Permits Application pending approval DPW 57 15,332 Permits Application pending submission to DPW 40 11,149 LLA PURPLE SLIDES – HR USE 5 TO MEET 2024 HOMES PASSED COMMITMENTS, WE ARE ACCELERATING PLANNING AND TARGETING QUICK WINS OBJECTIVES INITIATIVES • Minimize Trenching and Total Construction • Achieve 18.4K HP in 2024 • Prioritize deployment in areas with high density of MDUs to maximize homes reached with as little trenching as possible • Leverage Fixed and Mobile Network Synergies • Leverage existing wireless backhaul to reduce core construction costs • Consider mobile demand (NSB FirstNet, CRAN, etc.) vice-versa in fiber planning during construction • Minimize Permit Requirements • Met with DPW commissioner on a more regular basis. Coordinated field visits with DPW representatives.
