The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011, from the Public Services Commission Revolving Fund to Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs to be used by the Public Services Commission for the Commission’s operating expenses: Fiscal Year 2011 6032 PUBLIC SERVICE COMM REVOLVING 380 LICENSING & CONSUMER AFFAIRS TOTAL LICENSING & CONSUMER AFFAIRS $1,800,000 TOTAL PUBLIC SERVICE COMM REVOLVING $1,800,000 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 21, 2010.
