Bolques, Jr. and Marvin A. Blyden Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. (a) Pursuant to title 3, Virgin Islands Code, chapter 19, section 331 (a), 2 the Commissioner of the Department of Tourism shall conduct a territory wide survey to solicit 3 information from the residents of the Virgin Islands to assist in the establishment of an official 4 dish and dessert. 5 (b) The Commissioner shall develop a plan to ensure that the survey is widely 6 distributed to residents, and provide an analysis of the results to the Legislature no later than 7 180 days after the enactment of this act. …
