ACT NO. 6770 BILL NO. 26-0104 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 Fo provide for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Labor Management Committee for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006 --0-- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3066, subsection (b), there is appropriated from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, the sum of $600,000 to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses. The sum remains available until expended. SECTION 2. Notwithstanding title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3066, subsection (b), there is appropriated from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, the sum of $100,000 to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses.
