ACT NO. 8620 BILL NO. 34-0305 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act providing an appropriation for salaries and expenses of the Virgin Islands Board of Elections and the Office of the Supervisor of Elections for the fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $218,486 is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023, to the Virgin Islands Board of Elections for operating expenses and any other related costs. SECTION 2. The sum of $2,500,000 is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023, to the Office of the Supervisor of Elections for operating expenses and any other related costs.
