ACT NO. 6964 BILL NO. 27-0096 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act providing appropriations from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2007, through September 30, 2008 --0-- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) The following sums, or so much of them as may be necessary, are appropriated from any funds available in Special Internal Revenue Matching Fund, established by section 28(B), (C), (1) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, for the fiscal year October 1, 2007, to September 30, 2008. The sums and remain available until expended for the purposes and in the amounts expressly provided in subsection (b). …
