ACT NO. 8605 BILL NO. 34-0281 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ- 10 for the island of St. Croix to change the zoning designation of Parcel No. 73C Estate Concordia, West End Quarter, St. Croix from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to P (Public) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map SCZ-I0 for the island of St Croix is amended by changing the designation of Parcel No. 73C Estate Concordia, West End Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 1.4848 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. 2217, dated September 30, 1966, and revised May 31, 1991 from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to P (Public), for the development of a waste management convenience center.
