Streberg Field Superintendent St. Croix District Eboni Powell Office Manager In 2018, Congress appropriated $50 million in emergency supplemental funding from the Historic Preservation Fund (ESHPF) through Public Law 115-123 to provide relief for historic resources impacted by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria to State and Tribal Historic Preservation Offices where FEMA issued major disaster declarations in (Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Texas, and US Virgin Islands). Damaged historic resources had to been listed or eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places in order to be eligible to apply for the program.
