Regular Session 2007 ACTNO, 6931 BILL NO. 27-0065 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS An Act approving the re-programming of funds from certain projects approved from previous CDBG grants in order to meet HUD’s requirement on the timely expenditure of said funds ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding 3 V.LC. 67 (b), the sum of $2,364,326 is reprogrammed from the previous Community Development Block Grants listed in subsection (b) to the projects identified in sections 2 and 3 of this Act.
