ACT NO.643 1 BILL NO. 24-0160 TWENTY- FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To ratify the Group Medical Health Insurance Plan between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Connecticut General Life Insurance Company (“Cigna”) and the Group Dental Insurance Plan between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“MetLife”) for the employees of the Government of the Virgin Islands ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the Legislature hereby ratifies and approves the Agreement entitled “AGREEMENT FOR GROUP MEDICAL HEALTH INSURANCE” between the Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Government Health Insurance Board of Trustees, and Connecticut General Life Insurance Company (“Cigna”), which agreement is attached hereto and made a part thereof.
