ACTNO. 7275 BILL NO. 29-0140 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act to rezone Parcels No. 3 & 3A Estate Orange Grove, Company Quarter, St. Croix from B- 3 (Business Scattered) to P (Public) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ- No. 18 dated August 9, 1972, for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcels Nos. 3 & 3A Estate Orange Grove, Company Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.956 U.S. acres, and 0.886 U.S. acres, respectively, and as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 2042, dated November 1966 from B-3 (Business-Scattered) to P (Public).
