ACTNO. 7302 BILL NO. 29-0096 Twenty-Ninth Legislature Of The Virgin Islands Regular Session 2011 An Act amending 19 V.I.C., chapter 13, relating to automatic external defibrillators (“AED’s”) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Title 19 V.LC., chapter 13, section 216 (a), is amended as follows: in paragraph (3), by striking "a licensed physician or medical authority" where it appears and inserting "the V.I. Department of Health" in its place; and (b) in paragraph (5), by inserting a new sentence at the end thereof to read “The emergency communications or vehicle dispatch center must thereafter notify the V. I. Department of Health of the location and type of AED within 30 days." SECTION 2. …
